It was my pleasure to get to return to Michigan (where I grew up and went to U-M Ann Arbor) to present my keynote at Revolve Creative Conference (Revolve CC).
Revolve CC’s goal is to promote the creative class in the Midwest and support collaboration, cross-discipline works, and creative business.
Topics covered throughout their innovative conference included:
- Visual arts
- Music
- Literature

My session description and replay are available below for anyone who would like to watch.
The Filmmaking Journey: Tales from Hollywood Trenches
Making a feature film is no easy task. Making a good feature film is even harder. Great films are a miracle. The creative vision of the entire team is in constant battle with budget, schedule and differing points of view. The collaborative process of any project is a push and pull game until it is finally finished. Here I share my stories of what happens behind the scenes in Hollywood. The good, the bad and the ugly.
If anyone is interested in attending Revolve CC, it is happening again this year and details are available on Revolve CC’s website.
Until next time…
